Our Quality and Design Distinctness:

  • The outer sheets of our tower are manufactured from Galvanized Metal Sheet between 1.5 mm and 4 mm thickness depending on the tower size.
  • Outer sheets and body frame are 1st quality epoxy primer and topcoat painted.
  • In the water distribution, specially designed plastic nozzles are used to spread fan shaped water which operates with a pulverized system, rather than a mass system.

Outer Body:

  • In the outer body design, optional FRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester), COMPOSITE, POLYPROBLENE, Cr-Ni steel sheet are used to increase the resistance against rusting and scaling; inner and outer epoxy primer is covered with epoxy paint.
  • When scaling or residue layer begins to form, it is necessary to perform mechanical cleaning without using chemicals that may damage galvanization. (For the chemical operations, support can be obtained from our company.)

The hot water returned to the towers is cooled by 3°C /5°C /7˚C approach, dependent on the wet-bulb thermometer temperature.

ISISO designs are optimally made with a 5°C approach. However, in case of demand for 3°C approach, the tower size is doubled.

ISISO is qualified to manufacture towers of any size and capacity demanded.

While the production of our company goes down from the hot water distribution collectors returning from the system in the forced draught towers, our company's specially designed polyamide wide angle and stepping nozzles are opened completely pulverized and the heat absorbed (evaporation) and exhausted by the circulation fan.

The heat absorbed water meets the outside air via reverse/counter flow during the pouring period and pours into the pool get cooled cooled completely.

Specially designed honeycomb eliminators are used to recover the water within the water vapour.

Depending on the number of fans, the tower is created from cells. A 2-fan cooling tower is called 2-cell, 3-fan water cooling tower is called 3-cell. We always prefer fans of European origin in our water cooling towers.

This option increases the life of the tower, relatively to the Far East origin fans. Depending on the air temperature between cells, temperature control panels are also offered optionally for each tower.

These digital control panels adjust the speed of the fan during seasonal transitions and night / day turns, operating the tower in accordance with the need, thus saves energy.

Depending on the working area of the device, advanced filtration prevents particles such as dust and soil from entering and prevents the possible decrease of operation efficiency.

ISISO applies this blocking system in the tower pool and tower vents. Thus, it aims to make use of tower work in a high performance way.

Closed circuit water cooling tower is designed according to the cooling capacity which you demanded.

Here, when creating design outputs, wet-bulb temperature is important.

In closed circuit water cooling towers, the wet-bulb temperature is approaches to 10 ° C. For example, in Ankara, where the wet bulb temperature is 22 ° C, a closed circuit water cooling tower can cool to a maximum of 32 ° C, which means a relatively lower efficiency compared to the open tower.

Closed circuit water cooling towers provide up to 8 ° C ∆T if the tower is designed in accordance with the 3 ° C ∆T approach while designing.

This type of tower is preferred according to the pollution status of the water to be cooled.

If the process water is not to be contaminated or if a more sensitive cooling process is considered, a closed circuit water cooling tower is preferred.

Unlike the open circuit water cooling tower in design of hybrid water cooling towers, a water battery is used instead of eliminator, and a serpentine is used instead of curlers.

Due to the faucet and serpentines, the investment costs of the closed circuit water cooling tower are very high compared to the open circuit.

While serpentine is preferred, copper or steel pipes are generally preferred.

The costs of copper and steel affect the design negatively.

In the closed circuit water cooling tower, the water coming from your process passes through the faucet.

When passing through the faucet, the water that meets the adiabatic moisture saturated air sucked by the tower fans from the vents is cooled in the 1st stage.

The water passing from the faucet collector to the serpentine collector circulates in the serpentine and the water sprayed from the nozzles provides cooling in the second stage and drops into the tower reserve water pool.

Thus, with the continuous circulation, the cooled water in the pool provides adiabatic cooling.

2nd stage cooling process water from the serpentine goes to the system and provides closed circuit loop.

Closed Circuit Water Cooling Tower (Serpentines):

  • Electrolyzed European origin annealed copper pipe serpentines, which are manufactured as a package group in the tower, keep their performance at a high level with its high heat transfer and lime-repellent feature.
  • The faucet group manufactured is subjected to hydraulic testing at 30 bar pressure.
  • Since folds are made on special machines, there is no breakage or cracking. (Elbow and Curve are not used.).

Drift Eliminator (Eliminators):

In order to prevent water drift and vapour losses, the PVC package Z shaped honeycomb principle eliminators designed by our company which placed under the fans to provide homogeneous steam absorption from every point.

In this way, water drift and loss is reduced to almost none, with to proportion of five in thousands of the circulation water.

Water Distribution System and Nozzles (Designed and Manufactured by ISISO):

  • It is manufactured and assembled from galvanized or PVC pipes.
  • Water nozzles are assembled on the threads which opened on the pipes.
  • It can be disassembled and re-assembled on demand.
  • The nozzles are made of polyamide material that is not affected by unlimited life heat and humidity, during the 3-stage full conical water spraying, the steam in the water decomposes and send back to the environment without mixing with the water.
  • Our special design and production of polyamide material does not contain lime (scaling) on patented nozzles and it is manufactured in a way that will not be blocked in the water passage way.

Ring Filler:

The Water Cooling Tower ring filler is located on the air inlet duct and under the water distribution system. It distributes the water for cooling.

Axial Fan:

High flow rate, silent axial fans with option of chimney hood or panel in IP54 standard are easy to disassemble and maintain.

Fan speeds can be adjusted in accordance with the capacity, which is not affected by humidity, water and outdoor conditions.

Fans can work ON / OFF mode. Thanks to the European origin fans not having belt pulley and extra motor coupling, with aerodynamically constructed, statically and dynamically balanced which offers vibration free operation and long service life.

ISISO water cooling towers are manufactured in desired sizes and capacities as they are modular.

  • The body of the device is made of galvanized sheet metal against rust and scaling.
  • When scaling or layer occurs, perform mechanical cleaning without touching galvanize.
  • Never use chemicals that can damage galvanized.
  • Get help from our company for chemical that will clean lime without damaging galvanized metal.
  • The water filling and float of the device can clog with dirt or lime, so check it frequently to avoid the water level overflowing.
  • Never block up the overflow tube.
  • Remove the water level indicator hose occasionally and clean it, you may not see the level properly due to the lime in water.
  • A filter must be used at the top of the water tower hot water return section and at the water filling float inlet.
  • Otherwise, water sprinklers in the collector may become clogged and capacity will decrease depending on the amount of the water.
  • The water jets installed in 1” threads should be cleaned once every 2 months.
  • You should use a water pump suitable for the operating conditions of the water tower.
  • Always place a water filter in the water pump suction section and clean it once every 10 to 15 days.
  • Fit an adjustable type 1” safety valve to the water pump discharge line and connect its return to the 1" pipe inlet on the tower.
  • Use chemicals that prevent freezing of the water in below 0°C.
  • If the air temperature in your area drops down to minus degrees(°C) in your region and the pump of the device is not working, the water in the tower and the collectors freezes, the device gets out of warranty and water leaks from the lower chassis and connection parts of the device.
  • Please, get help from our company to prevent water freezing.
  • The tower fan motor should be checked at least once a month and the electrical panel must be cleaned with air.
  • You can set the fan automatic operating thermostat to your desired limit, but + 16 ° C limit for winter and 20 ° C limit for summer are recommended.
  • Incompatible thermostat settings cause your device to work continuously and waste unnecessary energy.
  • If the tower runs out of water, the filters are clogged, the fan is not working or turns over cooling stops in the device.
